Job Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on automated assembly lines
- Maintain and adjust mechanical components of production machinery
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Work with pneumatic systems
- Ensure proper functioning of high-speed manufacturing equipment
- Adhere to clean room protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Identify and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with PLCs and automated manufacturing environments
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and schematics
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
Shifts & Schedule available:
- 6am-6pm (days)
- 6pm-6am (nights) *Highly Preferred*
- 2/2/3 schedule
- 10% shift differential for night shift
- Pay range: $28-$36/hour based on experience
